Product RMA and Service Request Form
NOTE: All Sales Are Final and
therefore no product may be returned for credit, replacement, exchange
or repair other than as provided for in Sparco's Limited Warranty.
IN ORDER TO AVOID DELAYS OR DENIAL OF YOUR
WARRANTY SERVICE REQUEST OR RMA PLEASE REVIEW THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY.
SPARCO-BRANDED
PRODUCTS are covered against defects in materials and
workmanship in accordance with our limited warranty. Please read our
warranty in order to determine whether your product is within the
warranty period.
THIRD-PARTY (NON-SPARCO-BRANDED) PRODUCTS
We do not provide Warranty Service for ANY third-party products.
All requests for repair or replacement of defective merchandise
(including the first 30 days of ownership) may be handled by Sparco,
but may also be with the product manufacturer. Software and
license keys are NOT RETURNABLE under any circumstances.
All enclosures and cable assemblies are not returnable.
Antenna products are
non-returnable after 30 days from date of invoice.
In order to request an RMA number for Warranty Service for a Sparco
product you must complete the form below. Sparco will not process
requests made by telephone. Once submitted, this form is sent directly
to our RMA Department for a quick response.
